Every breeding program has a beginning, a dog whose impact sets the standard for everything that follows. For us, that legacy began long before today, with a dog who embodied everything an American Pit Bull Terrier should be.

For us, that dog was Hades. He shaped the direction of our breeding program and the direction of my life.

Hades was more than a working partner or a show dog; he was the beginning. He was the dog who opened every door, built every opportunity, and brought people and dogs into my world who otherwise never would have been there. His presence laid the foundation for everything that followed.

He approached life with humor and wholehearted enthusiasm. Every person he met was instantly greeted with charm before he settled into whatever task lay ahead. Whether it was lure coursing, rally, agility, dock diving, or anything else we attempted together, Hades met each new challenge with joyful determination.

Weight pull became his final and perhaps most meaningful sport as he moved into his veteran years. He earned his UWPCH while completing multiple Veteran Most Weight Pulled Per Body Pound pulls, always convinced the cart helper existed purely for his amusement. His willingness to work, to try, to focus, and to enjoy every moment made him the kind of dog every handler hopes for at least once in their lifetime.

His first litter produced dogs who reflect his versatility and spirit. These included UWPCHX UWPO VPN AP CH Mythos' I'd Rather See Ur Star Explode TKN VHMP STAR, UAPBTO Nationals Champion Award of Merit UWP GRCH Mythos' To Infinity And Beyond, UWP CH Mythos' Uncharted Nebula, CH Mythos' Out Of This World, and URO1 UWP Mythos' Singin The Dogstar Blues RATN.

The story of our program is the story of Hades, who set the standard for what we aim to produce and who laid the foundation that made the journey possible.

His impact on our dogs, both those we produced and those we continue to shape, is unmistakable. Determination, drive, functional structure, work ethic, and breed type all stand as reminders of the standard he set. Through his progeny and their descendants, pieces of him continue on in expressions, quirks, work ethic, and heart.

His influence is woven into every dog we breed, every goal we set, and every step forward we take. The traits he exemplified; drive, structure, humor, resilience, determination, and heart, all remain the pillars of our vision. A once-in-a-lifetime companion, a partner in every sense, and the cornerstone of the vision that guides our program today.

As we continue to build, improve, and honor the legacy he left, our mission remains the same: to produce dogs that reflect the best of the American Pit Bull Terrier, dogs worthy of the lineage they come from and of the legacy they continue.
