All show/breeding potential puppies and companion puppies will be sold on co-ownerships. I will be the Sole Signatory on all UKC registration with owner listed as successor.  All puppies will come with AKC limited registration unless otherwise discussed. Registration can be converted to full after required health testing and UKC Championship in conformation or weight pull are completed unless otherwise agreed upon. Health testing requirements include a passing or normal grade for hip dysplasia, cardiac  (with OFA - by a  CARDIOLOGIST), a genetic disease panel (i.e. Wisdom Panel Optimal Selection, PawPrint etc.), and meeting OFA CHIC ​requirements and receiving a CHIC number. I will stay on as co owner to help guide breeding decisions and assist in your breeding journey. ​If you are not interested in breeding or full AKC registration then puppy may be spayed/neutered after 2yrs old.​ 

These stipulations are in the best interest of the puppy and any potential puppies they could produce. ​
