Please submit an application if you are interested in a dog/puppy that is available. An application received when we are not planning a breeding will be saved for future consideration if approved.

Please fill out this questionnaire and answer each question as thoroughly as you can. You don't have to send us an essay, but remember: the more information we have, the more likely we are to approve your application.
